Description:  New England has had the highest snowfall ever recorded(109 inches), and it was beginning to melt in a big way the last couple of weeks. Imagine what a thrill it was (sarcasm again) to see it snowing once more. Pan Am hasn't been seen around here since February 15th, and now they have enough motive power here (4 units) for a road job.
